Another new affiliate, ThinkTankPhoto!!! This affiliate deal is a bit better than the others though. You use that link, the forum gets a % of the sale, BUT, you ALSO get a free gift if you order over $50 and these gifts are nothing to sneeze at. If you don't have one already, their pixel pocket memory card wallet is AWESOME, I've been using one for years and I know Matt has two of the bigger ones for all his cards. You get the big blue one FREE with an order of over $50, and if you already have one they offer a few other items in it's place!

This says it will fit a small DSLR. I'm guessing that means it wont fit a 50D or 7D?

it's the same thickness as my UD30 at 4.25". I can fit my D700 in there SIDEWAYS so it even fits gripped. It's shorter and not as wide, but it sounds like it's a 2 lens version of my UD30? Check my review here:

Any idea if CameraLensRentals.com does an affiliate program??

Yeah, this is a shameless attempt to get someone who rents Pentax stuff...besides Canon and Nikon

^ actually newegg dropped me just last week. We hadn't had ANY sales with them in ~6 months, then all of a sudden enough for a $100 check. I guess they don't like that.

    I just lost a reply...

anyway, they look at your history when they cut a check. They want to see a certain amount of sales per year/month and we don't get enough usage. So they dropped us.

well that sucks. (I feel bad, my computer order probably contributed to this) Did you get the check anyway?

I haven't yet, but they owe me a bit over $100. Affiliate checks are notoriously slow to mail. They wait for the month to close, then for the return period to lapse, THEN it goes in to be cut, yadda yadda, they take forever.

    that's retarded!

I got setup with amazon for my forum. I know a lot of the users on my site order from there. I'm hoping that I can get something out of the deal with that one for the support of my forum. next time I order off of amazon I'll be sure to use your link to show support and thanks for giving me the idea. I added a 468x60 banner at the bottom of my forum to make it easier for people. I might relocate it though.

    ^ use your own link.

not that I don't appreciate the business, but right now the amazon and B&H links don't work. I'm a RI resident and my state changed a law which means they can't pay me w/o charging sales tax to orders shipped here. I haven't removed the links as I don't want people to get confused and stop using them, and they should work again next week...

    BUMP!

B&H and Amazon are officially working again! I never removed the links or talked too much about it because I didn't want people to stop using the links, but a RI law made them drop me but it's since been sorted out!!!

when did you order and with who? Typically I can just see totals, but I can narrow those down by date ranges and figure it out.

Dan and Matt, send me your order numbers if you don't mind. PM if you don't want them on the board. But I have $0 credited with them this month and you both ordered in April so somehow it's missing them. They've checked the link and say it's OK, but they said they'd credit me if I can get order numbers.
