Thought it was high time for another one of these. Linked below is my D7000 RAW file from a night shot at Nubble Lighthouse in York, ME. No matter how many times I process it, I just can't seem to get it to look right. First time through it was way too noisy. Second time through it was blurry/soft. Alot of the noise reduction stuff is new to me so I'm sure I'm having trouble there and I'd love some input from people who have more experience with that.

Here are my two attempts:

Since I'm in the middle of doing some editing I gave yours a quick stab. The lens distortion was tough-kind of fattened up the building and lighthouse. I'm sure others more adept will give it a go. I'll delete this in a couple days as Flickr is my only hosting site. LR4

Hey, thanks John. I'd be really interested in your workflow on that as it looks awesome...way better than mine. All in LR4?

David-tried to screenshot LR4 but can't get all the adjustments I did.
Anyone else not have a manage attachment button to upload directly from the computer or know how to turn it on?

Jeff, yours is crazy cool as well. I love the texture in the sky that you manage with your B&W star shots. Clearly I have some work to do with distortion correction as well.
