I looked on B&H out of curiousity and saw this retails for $6500 brand new, so this seemed like a good deal if someone has the $ and desire for one.

Damn, if I had $2800 laying around I'd buy it and resell it on PotN...

it's in NJ though, so what, 50/50 on it being stolen?

This area is actually extremely wealthy, so it doesn't surprise me that the item description states it was only used to shoot 8 pee wee football games and is now being sold at a massive loss. Plus, the seller has the case, warranty info, and B&H receipt so I doubt it's stolen.

So what would that sell for on potn?

I'm considering trying to make some cash.

Apparently it's "flagged for removal" now...

tough to say, I'd have to search... but I usually sell my used stuff for a rentals fee less than what you can get it for at B&H new... But with something this expensive I'd bet you have to go hundreds less, but not thousands like this is.

but with something this big ticket for that amount, I'd only buy it in person.

OK, I'll fund it, you do the transactions, and we'll split the profits!

If I weren't leaving tomorow morning I would have been willing to drive out and meet the guy to at least check out how legit this is.
