200mph spin out. It was a customers car.

^ last pic isn't showing. Does something come off the spin when it hits the dirt? Also, did they take off part of their rear wing?

could have been worse. a tech in Scottsdale drove a customer's brand new gt-40 under a semi. one of my coworkers got shots of the carnage. poor poor car.

He was showing off, trying to make a left turn onto a busy street. thought he had room to beat traffic, didn't take into account debris in the parking lot + a LOT of power when his left foot when down.

Weird.


The front lip comes off in the grass. The rear wing was removed because it didn't help at the 200mph runs they were doing. The sun roofs on this and another TT 911 got sucked in at the high speeds and broke the aerodynamics some how causing the cars to become uncontrollable. This is what the EVOMs group was telling me.

I hear yeah. Still was scary to see it happen. I think Distorto got an shot from a helicopter after the spin out. It just shows you where he spun out in the grass.

it's always scary to see cars going out of control. glad nobody got hurt!
